Specifically, in October 2014, Colonel M. Muradyan’s acquaintance, Russian citizen E. Martirosov told him that his son was on wanted list over drug trafficking.

Colonel Muradyan offered Martirosov to “settle the problem” for $4,000.

Colonel Muradyan organized an exit seal in Martirosov junior’s passport and, later, a military card.

Moreover, from October 2014 to January 2015, Colonle Muradyan allowed Martirosov to stay in his country house.

The bill of indictment has been sent to the RA Military Prosecutor’s Office, with a petition for it to be remitted to court.
