A local official in the village of Horayk signed illegal land rent contracts with a Sisian resident.
According to the law, such deals are to be discussed by village community members, with the relevant documents signed by all the committee members.
The investigation found out the absence of signatures, and the community council did not hold a meeting on September 10, 2015.
The Sisian police department brought charges of abuse of office against the local official.
