An incident occurred at the Artik penitentiary on May 19, 2019. A prisoner simulated illness and ask an officer for help.
Then he, running out of his cell and into another prisoner’s cell, attacked the prisoner and stabbed him several times.
The officers interfered and prevented murder.
The preliminary investigation is over, and the prisoner is facing criminal charges.
